Equity Statement

The Nevada County Composers Cooperative celebrates music as the embodiment of diversity, a universal language that joins together composers, performers and listeners of all ethnicities, ages, genders, orientations, and socioeconomic groups. Throughout history, different cultures have combined sounds and instruments to form new harmonies in an inclusive, creative process without borders or boundaries.  The Nevada County Composers Cooperative welcomes the perspectives, involvement and creative contributions of all.
